A Day at the Carnival

Last Saturday my boyfriend and I went to the Taste of Addison. It is a conjunction of all the city of Addison's restaurants and you get to try their food for half the price! They also had a carnival as you can see from the pic! It was definitely fulfilling to the tummy. So now to the outfit: It is all from XXI/ the sandals are Steve Madden/ Glasses are Ray Bans. I bought some new Nail polish; I've been noticing in magazines this is going to be a very hot color for the summer! In case you are interested I bought at my favorite: Target! Enjoy!

Flowers and more Flowers!

Hi Ladies! Can you believe it is Thursday already! Anyway I know it is a little late in the week but here is my last Friday dress with my fierce shoes! I love them and they are so comfortable too! Like I mentioned in my last post this dress was only 9.80! When I ordered it I was worried that it was going to look too cheap! But it didn't, thank God! It was actually real flattering and had a white silky lining inside. Hope you like it! :)

Marylin Monroe said it right! Shoes can make a woman feel unstoppable. Above are my new babies from Aldoshoes.com! I received them in the mail yesterday and they are even cuter in person. The second picture I am actually wearing today. (I will take pics and post on Monday.) Anyway, can you believe this dress (Forever 21) was only $9.80! Yes, the total outfit was less than 30 bucks! You definitely can't beat that! The third outfit is just another way I can wear these awesome shoes with! Whole outfit is from XX1.

Corporate Chic

Buenos dias! I work in the corporate world and the suits and slacks can get pretty boring! So here is my version of the classic black and white for work. The whole outfit is from XXI. The big bag (I carry my life in!) is from Aldo. I actually bought this bag for 20 bucks! If you need a new bag visit their site, they have extra 25% off their clearance and have great bags on sale!

A fashion must** Black pantyhose! Every girl should have black pantyhose! They can add flare and sophistication to an outfit. Try them!

ROMPER Love

Above are my weekend outfits. I love this romper! It was sexy, chic, and comfortable all at once! The color is so vibrant and perfect for spring. For accessories I added a gold peacock feather necklace, and wooden/ gold bangles. My sandals are from Aldo. The second outfit was my mothers day dress. This dress was very flattering and comfortable. I added gold and pink bangles, awesome hoop earrings with similar colors to the dress. The wedges are in a cream color and are from Steve Madden. My Touch of Turquoise

Last post I mentioned my love of turquoise. This was my Friday outfit with a touch of turquoise as my accent color :) The necklace was a gift and they are real turquoise rocks. I always like to add lots of different textures on my bangles to make a chunky look. And of course, I put on a statement ring to complete the look. Oh, I cant forget my little flower studs, so adorable! Apparel: I am wearing black skinny jeans, with a flowy black and white top and my cut out black booties (Forever 21). For work of course I wore a black blazer and after work show off the arms! Hope you like!

Fridays Outfit of the Day

Time flies! I cannot believe it is already Friday! But thank God it is! J Anyway, just wanted to give you sneak peak to what I am wearing today. It’s a little different but close enough. (Will post pics asap.)

I love turquoise! I love the color, the details in each rock, uniqueness, and it can add so much flare to an outfit! Put on a White T-shirt with blue jeans and a turquoise necklace is all you need to look chic. One of my favorite combinations of turquoise is this pic of Eva Mendez at the Golden Globes. Absolutely stunning! The one I am wearing today my boyfriend actually gave to me as gift. If you don’t have one be sure to get one, it is definitely a must have accessory piece. (Tip: It is a timeless piece that can passed down your children.)

Bold Statement Rings

Fashion Fun: Bold Statement Rings! Make an everyday outfit pop with an affordable statement ring! This is definitely my new obsession. Every time I go to the F21 accessories section I walk out with at least one statement ring. (Last time I purchased three! :) If you don’t have one yet you should definitely consider getting one, they are super cute! They have all sizes, colors, and shapes. The first picture above are all rings from Forever 21 if you are interested on purchasing one. They range in prices but are a very inexpensive accessory. Have a great day!

Fin de Semana Outfits

Happy Monday! The weekend is just too short! Above are a few pics of my weekend outfits and of some of my close friends at a nightclub here in Dallas. Fridays outfit is all from Forever 21, except the shoes are from Aldo. I added a white blazer from JC Penney. I love blazers! I recommend every woman have a blazer in their closet. It definitely makes an outfit look more put together. Saturday- I wore a Forever 21 blue romper with a belt to synch up the waist. (Cool trick*Belts can help synch the waste and make it appear like you have a smaller waste, or an hour glass figure.) Saturday night went to a friends B-day party! I wore a teal dress from lulus.com, and Aldo nude heals. They were actually really comfortable (I recommend them, they are on SALE!). Have a great day ladies!!
